The property was easy to find. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. We traveled in March and we had a room with a view. (Note: We were very lucky to see the mountains for the two days we stayed there. Very foggy) If you like to stay in the room and enjoy the view from the balcony- there is no small table with chairs on the balcony) The bath was amazing and we had warm water. We slept well. There are no wine glasses in the room and you cannot request for it, however you are allowed to use the small cups in the reception. Easy walk to most restaurants, banks, coffee shops and massage places. Very close to Cat Cat Village. Breakfast: In my opinion, NOT 5 star rated. We arrived at 8:30 with another hour to go and there were not enough plates set out, food was not ‘topped’ up. We had to clean our own table, twice, collecting knives and forks from other tables. The staff was friendly but not as advertised 5 star trained. Food was okay, but we expected more from the 5 star rating on Bookings. (Don’t expect 5 star service or food) Also, the photo with pool breakfast, this does not make any sense as the rest of the restaurant overlooks the swimming pool. Just in case you wanted a private pool water breakfast. (The photo only shows the pool area and not the view from the pool to hotel. Front staff were helpful and we booked our tickets to Fansipan through them. (If you have hight issues-do not book) we had a lovely experience in Sapa and it was an overall good stay. However, not 5 star as we have been to some amazing 5 starred establishments in Vietnam.

I had an amazing stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel, and their hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, around 8 AM, and was immediately welcomed with warmth and kindness. Julie, one of the staff members, noticed that I was freezing and generously lent me her hand heater—such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference in the chilly Sapa weather. The hotel also provided a shower room, allowing me to freshen up before check-in, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. On top of that, they offered a **complimentary herbal bath and sauna**, which was the perfect way to relax and warm up after exploring Sapa. It was a unique and rejuvenating experience that added so much value to my stay. Throughout my time at the hotel, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, frequently checking in to see how I was doing. Julie, in particular, was incredibly hospitable **from the moment I arrived until my last day**, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference. As a solo traveler, feeling safe and well taken care of is essential, and Bamboo Sapa Hotel delivered on all fronts. The combination of **great facilities, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures** made my experience in Sapa even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Lovely Stay – Just a Bit Noisy! We had a really lovely stay here! The hotel was spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything. What really made our trip extra special was the amazing staff, especially Julie, who deserves a big shoutout. She went out of her way to look after us and even gave us complimentary access to the steam room, which was such a lovely touch and really made us feel looked after. The only downside was the thin walls—even though we stayed in one of the upgraded rooms with a bath, it was still quite noisy due to the connecting door to the next room. For one of the top rooms in the hotel, I would’ve expected better soundproofing. That said, for the price we paid, it’s hard to complain too much. We’d definitely come back—just maybe ask for a room without the interconnecting door next time!

Firstly, the welcome we received on arrival was warm & enthusiastic. Our room, on the 8th floor was, spacious, clean & had amazing views of the mountains. The customer liaison officer, KC , introduced himself as we sat downstairs waiting for our room & from then on ensured we had what we needed, were happy with everything & helped us with some activities we intended to do. Nothing was too much trouble & he made the time to speak to us each day, responding to a couple of small issues with the room. All the staff are freindly & helpful. The hotel is close to everything you could need in Sapa. Great breakfast too: the pho is amazing, but there are Westerm choices too. I had a herbal bath & steam bath, while I was there, which was so relaxing. Highly recommended this hotel. Thanks, KC, for making a difference.

Our stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and genuine hospitality, making us feel truly welcome. The facilities were top-notch—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings. Breakfast each morning was an absolute feast, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes that set the tone for a great day ahead. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to staying here again the next time we visit Sapa!
